The Cadillac Tramps were a great punk band from the 90's that had a blues/rockabilly vibe to their sound. They still play the occasional show around town. In fact they just played the Punk Rock & Roll Picnic back in April '09 at Irvine Lake, CA. The members have gone on to many other projects such as Manic Hispanic, Flock O GooGoo, Waxapples, Drive By Smile and more. While their debut disc on Doctor Dreams Records has been long out of print, you can still get their "Live" album. I encourage you to go out and grab a copy, pronto!
And now for your listening pleasure, I present to you, The Cadillac Tramps...

Here's an old performance video of the song "South Africa", from Hart Park in Orange California circa 1991. The vocals are hard to hear but the music's great.
